Finding Parts
What if I don't know my part number?
Use the "Find Parts" link on the side
navigation menu to enter the model number of the appliance
you need the part for and we'll guide you through
finding the part that you need. Once we have the model
number to work with, then it will provide you with
a list of parts that make up that particular model
and you can select the items that you need from the
list.

How do I search for a known part number?
If you already know the manufacturer's part number
that you need, then just type that number in the search
box located on the side navigation menu and click
on the "Search" button.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, or personal check.

How is my order shipped?
We have contracts with top shippers including
UPS and Airborne to insure fastest quality delivery.

How do I order parts online?
Ordering online is easy. Just use the part/model number
search, or browse the Accessories section to find
the part(s) that you want and then click on the "Add
to Cart" button located to the right of the part
number/description. When you have all the parts that
you wish to order at this time, then click on the
"shopping cart" link located at the upper-left
of every page. You can then review your items, update
quantities, and remove any unwanted items from your
cart and then move on to finalize your order.

Can I return items/What
is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied in any way,
you can return any part within 30 days from invoice
date for a full refund. You can still return parts
that are not electrical, gas, or special order after
30 and up to 90 days, but a 20% restocking charge
will be applied. Sorry, no parts returns will be accepted
after 90 days.

number(s), and reason for return here.

Is there a warranty on these products?
Full Manufacturers Warranty - Most appliance
parts come with a one year warranty plan direct from
the manufacturer (with exceptions such as filters,
oils, adhesives, etc.). Other products such as air
conditioners, garbage disposals, and tools come with
2-5 year or even a lifetime warranty.

What's a cyst?
A cyst is the form that parasites take
on when they leave a living being (human or animal).
The parasite goes dormant and grows a thick covering
like an egg which allows it to survive in water or
soil for long periods of time, and even allows it
to survive some types of chemical treatment. These
intestinal parasite cysts "hatch" when ingested
by humans or animals and can cause intestinal disease.
Water filters are
a great way to reduce or eliminate the amount of cysts
that are naturally found in drinking water.

Troubleshooting
Everything works fine until I try to go to the secure
checkout. What gives?
In order to get to our checkout page,
we must be able to establish a secure connection with
your browser. If your browser does not have high encryption
(128bit) installed then you will not be able to proceed.
You can check the level of encryption installed on
your browser by doing the following:
For Internet Explorer: Click on
the Help Menu | About Internet Explorer,
and see what it says for Cipher Strength. You want
it to be 128bit
For Netscape Navigator: Click on
the Help Menu | About Netscape,
and see what it says in the sentence for RSA Encryption.
If it does not say the actual bit value, then "US"
refers to 128bit while "International" refers
to 40 or 56bit.
